As growers we are keepers of ancient varieties and actively taking part in their continous adaptaition process to secure resilience during polictical and ecological challanging times. We are partners of networks across Sweden and the nordics and support globally other growers through partnerships.
The Willow Project
Together with artists and designers willow is a yearly gathering
that explores an abundant fast growing crop working
with the yearly cut of 4 willow trees making living fences, weaving
sculptures and creating a dead headge

The Wine Making Project
Since 2023 we have started to use the grapes of the two vines in the greenhosue. Yearly we experiment with 55L of grape juice and create spontanous wild fermented wine. The project is lead by Nico Pagnanelli and Seraina Grupp
