wine & cider making
We have been fortunate to have skilled fermenters join us in recent years. They have produced wonderful wine from the pink and green grapes in the greenhouse, and lovely cider from the apples in the orchard. Let us know if you would like to join the harvest and wine-making next time, in September 2026.
